Our return policy is effective for 60 days. Unfortunately, if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For a refund, please email us within 60 days of receiving the damaged item(s) at support@sentora.co, including photos of the damaged item(s). Once we review your request, we will send a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will provide a full refund for your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
